Works Above and Beyond
Dolores Ramirez, Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management
Dolores has really been an asset in the Dean of Students office. Now she has also stepped up to help VP Yang in his office to be his only support. This also includes helping the HR team with their searches for the division of Student Affairs. Even with all her additional duties, she manages to keep a positive attitude and make my workplace better.
Provides Excellent Customer Service
Matt Moffatt, IT Specialist for Health and Human Services
Matt not only provides excellent customer service, but he also goes way above and beyond. Our college is without IT liaisons right now, but Matt stepped up to help with a complicated printer problem. It turns out the printer had been hacked, making it almost impossible to do a master reset. While most people would give up, Matt has been thinking outside the box and trying one fix after another. The Media Communications and Journalism Department appreciates his hard work.
