Planning a campus event for the Fresno State community? We want to help spread the word!
Every Monday morning, Fresno State’s institutional Instagram account shares “Happening This Week,” a series of Instagram Stories highlighting campus events taking place that week. Students know to check this highly engaging series for opportunities to connect, get involved and participate in campus life.
To have your event considered for inclusion, please provide one of the following by the Friday before your event:
- A link to an existing Instagram feed post or Reel that we can share to Stories.
- A vertical event graphic sized 1080x1920 pixels in JPEG or PNG format.
All events are shared together on Monday morning in chronological order and then added to our highlights. You may tag the Fresno State institutional account in your feed post, but we also encourage you to email Jessica Piffero, senior digital marketing specialist, at jpiffero@mail.fresnostate.edu in advance to ensure the event is on our radar.
Advance communication is key! The more we know about your event, and the earlier we know it’s coming, the better we can work with you to help promote it. Please reach out and let us know how we can support your event promotion.
