This learning plan is great for new Zoom Phone users. This set of courses takes you through setting up your Zoom Phone account so that you can make and receive calls! Here are some of the things you'll learn:
- Know how to install Zoom on a desktop or mobile device
- Set how your incoming calls are handled and record/upload a voicemail greeting
- Utilize in-call features in both the desktop and mobile applications
