Join the College of Health and Human Services at the Move to Stop Parkinson's Walk right here on campus. There will be great family activities available, such as face painting, arts and crafts and carnival games.
There are participation options for all activity and ability levels, including: a 1-mile or quarter-mile walking loop, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, or a seated exercise station. Registration also includes a picnic lunch.
This is a chance for us to build connections with our community as we raise awareness and support for those affected by Parkinson’s Disease. The Communicative Sciences and Deaf Studies Department, as well as other departments/clubs on campus, are planning to attend. We hope that many of you will sign up and participate in the walk with us.
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5
Time: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Courtyard near the Professional Human Services, Family and Food Science, and Social Science buildings.
Registration and more information: Here or Fran Pomaville at fpomavil@mail.fresnostate.edu.
