Access to clean, safe water remains a critical challenge for communities around the world. Walk for Water 2026, a national event benefiting the charity organization Water Mission, will bring this effort to the Fresno State campus. Hosted locally by Grundfos with logistical support from the California Water Institute, the community walk will raise funds and awareness to help provide clean, safe water to people around the world.

Participants will walk together under the message, “We walk, so others don’t have to,” connecting a local community event to a global effort to expand access to safe water. The event will feature a designated walking route on the Fresno State campus and provide an opportunity for participants to learn more about the challenges communities face in accessing clean water while supporting efforts to address those challenges.

Community members can join the #POURITFORWARD-FRESNO team and participate in the walk.
