This is long overdue! It would be impossible for me to list all the ways she has helped, but what I can say is she always has the answer. What makes Cynthia stand out is her responsiveness and patience. With the changes that have taken place for processing payments and moving to Adobe Sign, there have been a lot of questions. She responds immediately and works through issues until she is sure that you are comfortable with the process/solution. Most recent was year-end and issues with Data Warehouse. Data Warehouse was not giving me accurate reports when trying to reconcile our budget. She quickly responded to all my payment questions and offered her time to meet via Zoom to find out why I was having difficulties generating reports. I'm sure I tried her patience; however, she never made me feel rushed and stayed with me until we found a solution. Despite being short-staffed and incredibly busy, she always gives of her time and provides excellent customer service to those of us who turn to her for help!
