The Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning and the Central California Blood Center invite you to participate in the annual 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive. This on-campus drive serves as a meaningful tribute to those lost on Sept. 11, 2001, the first responders and those who helped in the aftermath of the tragic events. It also strengthens the Fresno State community through service and reminds us of the powerful impact we can make when we come together for good. Each pint of blood donated has the potential to save up to three lives, and every unit collected stays local — supporting patients in five Central Valley counties.
The drive takes place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 22 through 24 in RSU 107 and at a mobile unit located near the Speaker's Platform.
