Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce three important learning programs available this year to support faculty and staff development.

President's Leadership Academy
This is an exciting new program designed to engage Fresno State leaders and emerging leaders in an interactive and reflective development experience.

The 12-month Academy will kick off in December 2017 and conclude in December 2018. Learning will be delivered on multiple levels: individually, in small groups and in a full cohort of up to 25 participants.

This program is open to faculty, staff and administrators who have served the University for a minimum of one year.

The deadline to apply for the Leadership Academy is October 2.
(A statement of support from the applicant's supervisor or Chair and Dean is required for the application to be complete so please plan accordingly.)

Faculty and Staff Mentor program
The mentor program pairs seasoned campus leaders with faculty, administrators and staff members in order to provide mentoring, encouragement, leadership and professional career development for Fresno State aspiring faculty and staff leaders.

The deadline to apply for the mentor program is September 22.

Administrative Academy
The Administrative Academy is designed for administrative professionals serving the university in various support roles. The Academy seeks to create a learning community for administrative support staff and offers opportunities to network, share information and resources, learn from one another, and receive focused training to enhance their leadership potential.

The deadline to apply for the Administrative Academy is Monday, September 11.
