Please join us in welcoming Ron Steele (LCSW, MSW, MA) as Fresno State’s new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on-site counselor, replacing Margie Arreguin-Zarate. Ron comes to Fresno State with over 20 years of providing psychosocial therapy services including assessments and treatment planning, and is the clinical director and lead psychotherapist at his own private practice in Fresno — Ron C. Steele and Associates.
Ron starts with us today — Monday, Oct. 9. His weekly schedule on campus beginning Wednesday, Oct. 11 will be as follows:
- 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Mondays
- 10 a.m. - noon Wednesdays
- 2 - 5 p.m. Fridays
The EAP Office is located in Lab School 185. You can schedule an on-site appointment with Ron by calling 559.278.1655.
Employee Assistance Program services such as counseling, financial, legal, identity theft, WebMD and Medline Online, and interactive e-learning sessions, will continue to be available through Empathia/LifeMatters by calling 800.367.7474 or by visiting www.mylifematters.com.
