Fresno State Transformation Challenge
Register TODAY through October 13!
The Transformation Challenge focuses on working with your team to earn points every week for healthy behaviors like drinking water, meditating, attending fitness classes, and reaching personal goals (click here for list of all activities and point values). Weekly newsletters will encourage participants with healthy recipes, quick workouts, transformation stories, team standings, and provide the weekly progress form to submit your activities completed. Teams can be cross-departmental and have a maximum of 5 employees.
The Transformation Challenge officially starts October 16 and runs through December 1. Winners will be announced at our wellness luncheon for all participants in early spring. Performance Evaluation Training for Managers & Chairs

In preparation for the performance evaluation process for classified employees (Units 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9), Human Resources offers training for managers and department chairs in the preparation and presentation of the performance evaluation. Training includes the university's contractual obligations, an overview of the performance management philosophy, in-depth review of the performance appraisal forms. New managers, chairs or supervisors who have never completed an appraisal in the past or any manager, chair or supervisor who desires information on the entire evaluation process in detail should attend. Information for all units will be covered, including the special Academic Professionals of California (Unit 4) performance appraisal.
