She followed through with responding to my questions, troubleshooting the technology, making sure I understood how to use the microphone, and checking in to be sure the classes went well. Excellent customer service around accessibility and student learning, all with a very short turnaround. Thank you!

I would need more than this small space to list what Joanne does for the Division of Research and Graduate Studies! She not only works tirelessly for the division, but also for our amazing students. Careen went above and beyond to make sure the Fresno State Alumni Association USC Red Wave Alumni Tailgate website, registration, attendee communication and check-in process ran smoothly. She went above and beyond to answer any questions, pivoted when needed and always lent a hand to help. She is a huge asset to the Alumni Association, and I am grateful to work with her day in and day out.

Mike came to adjust the exterior door by my office as it was not properly closing. He was super nice and friendly. He did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. I liked that he tested the closing of the door at different openings to make sure it closed completely and adjusted when it did not close completely. To me, that is a sign of someone that takes pride in their work. Thank you, Mike!
