Human Resources Organizational Development invite employees from across campus to participate in a focus group aimed at exploring professional development and well-being needs on campus. This is your chance to share your unique perspectives and experiences, helping us better understand both the opportunities and challenges that influence your engagement with professional development programs.
Our goal is to gather valuable insights that will support the progress of Strategic Plan Goal One B: Enhancing Personal Well-Being and Professional Fulfillment. By participating, you will play a crucial role in shaping future professional development initiatives. Whether it's refining existing programs or making them more accessible, your voice matters.
