Facilities Management is pleased to announce that site utility work for the new 5,400-square-foot Ruiz Foods Executive Classroom Building will begin on Monday, Oct. 28.
This project will include the construction of two 50-seat, state-of-the-art tiered classrooms to support the graduate program in the Craig School of Business. The project is being funded with donor and campus funds. The estimated cost of the site utilities is $350,000.
When: Trenching for utilities will occur Monday, Oct. 28 to Tuesday, Dec. 31.
What's required of me? Please be aware of construction activities around the Peters Business Building and Science I. There will be signage and fencing posted along the path of travel and frequent notifications will be posted on Twitter @fsfacilities and in Campus News as the various phases of the utility logistics plan are completed.
