Randy Aoki, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
Randy Aoki served as the staff support for the WSCUC Reaccreditation Committee, where his hard work and exceptional organizational skills played a vital role in the success of the visit. He provided the vice provost, Dr. Fraleigh (chair of the WSCUC Committee), and the six members of the WSCUC Reaccreditation Committee with detailed reports; coordinated arrivals and departures; scheduled meetings with various departments across Fresno State; and managed catering with careful attention to food allergens. This list doesn’t even begin to capture the extensive orchestration Randy managed behind the scenes. His strong work ethic and dedication ensured the visit ran smoothly and truly showcased the “Pride of the Valley” mentality and the high standards we uphold here at Fresno State.
Kris Ratliff, Technology Services
Kris assisted one of our Student Support Services Veterans participants in accessing their information from one of our loaner laptops. The laptop was not working correctly, and the student was unable to retrieve his information. Kris was able to get the laptop working so the student could upload all his information to a memory stick. Thank you, Kris.

Esmeralda Cruz, Human Resources
Esmeralda is so helpful, and really takes her time to ensure new and continuing employees understand all of their options and get the detailed answers that they need. She goes out of her way to check on requests and is prompt and clear in her responses. Esmeralda obviously cares that staff are kept informed and is always kind and supportive. We are lucky to have Esmeralda on campus.
