Undocumented Student Ally Training (Part 2)

Part 2 of a two-part training for faculty, staff and administrators on undocumented students. Through this training, allies will: increase their knowledge and effectiveness to serve Dreamers on campus; increase their awareness of the needs, concerns, challenges and opportunities for Dreamers; create a welcoming and supportive environment for all Fresno State students.
Concur Travel and Expense Training

In this workshop, employees will learn in a hands-on lab environment about Concur Profile Settings, how to assign an Expense Delegate, how to create a Request for Pre-approval of travel and how to create an Expense Report for reimbursement.

Are you an administrative support staff looking for opportunities to grow professionally, network with other administrative support staff and learn practical strategies with accountability to help you reach your goals? Join the Administrative Academy Buddies program! This is open to all administrative support staff.
The Administrative Academy Buddies program is a peer-to-peer mentoring program open to all administrative support staff taking place throughout the 2019-20 academic year. Participants will be encouraged to meet every month and given incentives every other month to meet and check in with their partner. If you are interested in participating, you must attend this Meet and Greet session to be paired with your buddy.
*You do not have to be in the Administrative Academy to participate in the Buddies program.

Leadership Skills for Managers and Department Chairs
Dare to Lead

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, this Dare to Lead full-day workshop will focus on developing the four skills sets of brave leadership — rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, braving trust and learning to rise. A resource manual will be provided, and approximately 30 minutes of pre-work must be completed. Lunch will be provided.

Combine interval training, full body weight exercises and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body. Please bring appropriate workout attire and gym shoes for your safety.
Butts N Gutts

This challenging 30-minute class is specifically designed to target your core and lower body through a combination of exercises utilizing equipment and your own body weight. This class will work on shaping and toning your abs, butt, hips and thighs.
Couch to 5k
5:10 - 6 p.m. Tuesday, meet in front of the library
Build endurance and speed as we gradually train for a 5k race at the end of the semester. For runners of all abilities!
Yoga

A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.
Pilates

Utilizes non-impact exercises that target the core and develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.
