Last week we held two open forums to share the results of the Workplace Quality Survey. As you may recall, this survey was conducted in March 2017 to help us better understand faculty and staff perceptions of our work environment. The survey results provide a baseline of our strengths and identify areas that require our focus and attention.

We have posted the presentation and the overall campus scorecard online for your review. Each Vice President will be sharing division data with faculty and staff in their respective work groups in the coming weeks. We encourage all faculty and staff to participate in these conversations and help us develop a framework to make Fresno State an even better place to work. Specific action plans will be put in place in Spring 2018 and we will conduct another survey in 2019.
