We are pleased to announce that we will launch a new employee recruiting software solution in early spring 2020.
This is the first phase of a larger systemwide project known as Common Human Resource System (CHRS). Five sister campuses have launched CHRS Recruiting, and Fresno State, along with CSU Dominguez Hills, is part of the second wave of implementation.
CHRS Recruiting will replace our existing PeopleSoft e-Recruit system, which is used to recruit faculty, staff, administrators and represented student positions (teaching associates, graduate assistants and ISAs).
There will be many benefits as a result of this implementation including: automated workflow and integration with PeopleSoft HR, dashboards with key analytics, and a more streamlined submission of personal and professional data that will improve the applicant experience.
This implementation will affect anyone who performs any recruiting function or serves on a search committee, including all hiring managers, Human Resources, Faculty Affairs and Technology Services.
Beginning in late November 2019, Human Resources and Faculty Affairs will consult with managers and search committees in order to ensure we are aligning the timing of any process changes with searches that will be occurring during the implementation phase.
Training opportunities will be provided as we get closer to implementation.
