Danielle Avila was recently named Chief Executive Officer of 4Creeks, Inc., a civil engineering firm headquartered in Visalia. Danielle graduated with her M.B.A. from Fresno State in 2013.

A Tulare native, Danielle has been with the company since 2012 in various capacities, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. This is the first time the company has named a person to the role of CEO or president outside of the founding partners.

"I love the Central Valley and I am so proud to come from a school that holds the same amount of pride in this area," said Danielle. "To lead a company who serves and believes in this Valley has been a dream. If there is one thing I learned during my time at Fresno State, it is that given the right amount of mentorship, a focused goal, and hard work you can accomplish anything you put your mind towards."
