Anytime I reach out to Erin for assistance, she always puts whatever she's working on aside to help me. I really appreciate having a colleague that I know I can rely on to help me without any hesitation. Erin — thank you for being such a great team player and colleague!
Roseann Rodriguez, Admissions and Recruitment
Roseann is the leader of our transfer admissions team. She has had to navigate us through major changes to the admissions process in the past few years. She has done so with patience, leadership and compassion. She devotes countless hours morning, noon and night to help staff, student applicants, and community college partners stay abreast of the latest transfer admissions information so students can move forward toward their educational goals. Her hard work and great spirit make her a true asset to Fresno State.
Tiffany Burmeister, Warehouse and Property Services
If I go to the Warehouse to pick up a package, Tiffany always asks me if I'd like her to check and see if I have mail. I pick up mail for several departments and Tiffany gets me all the departments I pick up. This is something she does not have to do. It is a courtesy and I really appreciate it! It means I don't have to return to the mailroom during their open hours. It saves me a lot of time.

Valerie Kessler, Technology Services
Recently my department needed a DocuSign formatted form that would be available to the entire campus — and we needed it fast! I was told Valerie and Juan Solis were the go to people to help me because I didn't know how to take our existing form and have it available and sent to all the needed signers. Valerie jumped right in, with assistance from Juan, and within hours had us all set to go which helped us meet our deadline too! Thank you, Valerie and Juan!

University Brand Strategy and Marketing has helped our office on so many projects these last few months from postcards, letters, emails, brochures and even a video! Eva is always very helpful any time I have questions or need any assistance. She is always very prompt, respectful, friendly and cheerful. She listens to my concerns and does everything in her control to make sure she is helpful and puts a smile on my face.
