Applications are now being accepted for the 2023 Claude C. Laval Jr. Award for Innovative Technology and Research. All full-time faculty and students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply for the $5,000 award.

In 1984, Fresno State established the award in honor of Mr. Claude C. Laval Jr., a longtime resident of Fresno and a productive inventor. Applications are evaluated for creativity, innovation, practical application and general merit.
