Principles of Supervision Training offered for Managers and Leads

Fresno State is committed to helping leaders develop at all levels. A two day workshop is being offered to help managers and leads gain a greater awareness of their own supervisory skills and to learn new strategies to more effectively lead others. The workshop will guide learners through five modules focused on:

• Managing Yourself
• Promoting Communication
• Managing the Work
• Understanding Your Management Style
• Creating a Positive and Productive Work Environment

The first session is designed for MPPs and will be offered November 15 and 16 from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Click here to register.

The second session is designed for leads and will be offered December 6 and 7 from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Click here to register.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, a workbook and a supervisor toolkit will be provided.

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.
