CSU's Discrimination Harassment Prevention Program for Supervisors and Non-Supervisors
California State University Executive Order 1096 requires all faculty, staff and student employees to complete training regarding policies against Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (DHR) every two years.
The DHR courses many of us have completed in the past have been updated and therefore all employees will need to take a new course this year. Employees will be assigned one of the following courses:
- Non-Supervisor course (assigned to most faculty and staff) is one hour.
- Supervisor course (assigned to MPPs who supervise and department chairs) is two hours.
All stateside employees will receive an email from CSU Learn early this week with a link to the required course and will have until Dec. 31 to complete it. Auxiliary employees will receive their assignment in early 2020.
Please note — the assignment of this course is in addition to the CSU’s Sexual Misconduct Prevention Program course which was assigned earlier this semester.
Please contact Suzanne Shaw at suzannes@csufresno.edu if you have any questions.
