10 minute wellness at work (Seated Thigh Exercises)

Do you ever have the whole morning or afternoon go by before you realize you haven't stood up from your desk? Do you find it difficult to break away for a quick walk around campus? Or have trouble making it to a lunch hour fitness class?
The 10 Minute Wellness at Work series is for you!
These short videos focus on quick and effective exercises you can do at your desk during your 10-15 minute break. Each week a new video will be shared in Campus News so you can easily incorporate wellness into your busy schedule.
Take 10 minutes a day to move your body, recharge your mind, and re-center your thoughts so you feel invigorated and energized to tackle the rest of your day. Check out this video for the week: Seated Thigh Exercises For Beginners.
If you want to go outside for a wellness break, join us for a walk on the one-mile Bulldog Trail every Thursday at 12:15 p.m. Meet up at the Fresh Fruit Break table in front of the library. Each week will feature a raffle for a lucky walker to win a free voucher from the Healthy Eats menu at the Bucket.
