Thank you for joining me at last Wednesday’s open forum. I truly enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with you, sharing updates, answering your thoughtful questions, and reflecting on our progress as a university community.
These gatherings remind me just how much we can accomplish when we’re working together. It was a privilege to highlight the strides we’ve made in Year 2 of our Strategic Plan; from increasing student success and strengthening our connection to the Valley, to advancing research, infrastructure, and innovation in technology across campus. Your dedication and passion make this work possible.
I’m also excited about what lies ahead. Year 3 will be a time for us to focus, align our efforts, and build on the momentum we’ve created. I know we’ll continue to face challenges, but I also know that we will rise to meet them with a shared commitment to our students and to each other.
As always, I advocate deeply for all of you — it is your collective work that distinguishes the excellence of Fresno State.
