The campus community is invited to join the Asian Pacific Islander Programs and Services in the Cross Cultural and Gender Center and the Hmong Student Association for two Hmong New Year celebration events.
Hmong New Year Celebration Kick off
Noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, Speaker's Platform
There will be cultural performances and art by Fresno State Hmong students.
Fresno Hmong New Year Guided Tour
9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Dec. 26, Fresno Fairgrounds
Have you wanted to attend the Fresno Hmong New Year celebration, but don't know where to start? Join the Fresno State Hmong Student Association for a morning of guided tours at the annual event and learn about Hmong history, people, culture, traditions and cuisine.
