This workshop will help folks understand the basics of gender and LGBTQ+ identities. With our ever growing campus, it is critical that staff, faculty and students get educated on gender and LGBTQ+ identities to better understand our students. There will be a certificate that is handed out at the end of the workshop. Refreshments will be provided.

"Hannah Gadsby Nanette" film screening

Nanette is a live comedy performance written and performed by Australian comedian Hannah Gadsby, which debuted in 2017. The work includes social commentary, especially about LGBTQ issues. Come to laugh and to learn. Discussion following the film. This events qualifies toward Safe Zone membership. Lunch will be provided.

Combine interval training, full body weight exercises and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body. Please bring appropriate workout attire and gym shoes for your safety.
Butts N Gutts

This challenging 30-minute class is specifically designed to target your core and lower body through a combination of exercises utilizing equipment and your own body weight. This class will work on shaping and toning your abs, butt, hips and thighs.
Couch to 5k
5:10 - 6 p.m. Tuesday, meet in front of the library
Build endurance and speed as we gradually train for a 5k race at the end of the semester. For runners of all abilities!
Yoga

A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.
Pilates
