Drs. Hajela and Rahman will share their experiences on current trends in telehealth and present their ideas for the future of telehealth education at Fresno State that may help to prepare the next generation of healthcare providers equipped with telehealth expertise.
“We believe that Fresno State can lead in this area by serving the San Joaquin Valley’s unmet need of preparing healthcare professionals with telehealth knowledge and expertise,” Drs. Hajela and Rahman said. “In addition, such initiatives will support the promotion and diffusion of telehealth technology in the Central Valley. In this information session we would like to connect with colleagues who are interested in collaborating in this area. We welcome your attendance in our effort to build a multidisciplinary team at Fresno State.”
The information session will be followed by an open discussion session on telehealth initiatives in the College of Health and Human Services. For more information contact mrahman@mail.fresnostate.edu or nhajela@mail.fresnostate.edu.
