Traci Obata (Undergraduate Admissions) shares photos of Pioneer Village (located near the Wawona campgrounds in Yosemite National Park) from a trip she took last fall.

Traci and her family went to Glacier Point and into Pioneer Village, which gave her plenty of beautiful scenes to photograph.

The Artist’s Cabin and other cabins are located within Pioneer Village; each cabin has a plaque near it describing its purpose and use during the time the cabins were built.

"So much natural beauty in one place," said Traci. "I can truly see why artists and photographers flocked to Yosemite to capture its beauty in photos and paintings."
