Staff Training And Recognition (STAR) Day will feature a luncheon celebrating our staff honorees, professional development workshops, a vendor fair, raffle prizes and more. Our theme this year is “From Breakage to Brilliance.” It is inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, which symbolizes resilience and finding strength and beauty in the process of repairing and adapting to adversity.
