Dr. Ching Choo (Civil Engineering) recently made a surprise visit to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California Awards Banquet in Dinuba to support student Cynthia Orozc, who was receiving the “Big of the Year” Award. Cynthia, a fall 2018 Fresno State Lyles College of Engineering freshman, was recognized for her dedication to her “Little Sister," on whom she made an incredible impact over the last two-years – both emotionally and academically.

Cynthia will start in the Lyles College of Engineering next fall as a civil engineering student. We welcome her with open arms and look forward to watching her thrive as a student, peer, and leader.
