Aisiah Tuiasosopo won the first Mountain West gold medal of her career on May 11 at the 2018 Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the hammer throw in her final MW championship meet. The Fresno State senior threw a more than five-meter PR (63.69m) to win the event which ranks second in school history.

Aisiah was born in Glendale. She is the daughter of Laura and Brown Tuiasosopo and has two siblings, Tiana and Brown Junior. She said she admires her parents because they are the hardest working people she knows. She is majoring in marketing.
