Each year, the Henry Madden Library honors Outstanding Faculty Publications, the bold contributions to research, scholarship, and creative work made by the Fresno State faculty. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we recognize this year’s publications through an online exhibit with information on the selected publications and links to full text where available.
The full list of honorees and their publications can be downloaded in PDF here.
Interim Provost Xuanning Fu adds, “Research, teaching and solving real-world problems complement one another. This work demonstrates how faculty contribute their expertise to their field and to our community, and manifests our faculty’s resolve to find solutions to complex issues, while dedicating themselves to teaching our students during an unprecedented challenging time.”
Outstanding Faculty Publications are selected by each department to showcase work by their faculty deserving of special recognition. The selections include journal articles, books, book chapters, technical reports, and films, and reflect the wide variety of research interests across the campus. As in past years, the collaborative nature of Fresno State researchers is displayed, with many faculty co-authoring publications with colleagues within their department, across departments, and at other institutions, as well as with Fresno State students and recent graduates.
