AI: Soft Zeros Lecture featuring artist Mimi Ọnụọha
This presentation delves into the powerful intersection of art, history and technology, prompting participants to consider the ethics of data and the legacies of concealed narratives. Artist Mimi Ọnụọha shares insights from her recent work, Soft Zeros, exploring how machine learning can both reveal and reinforce systemic forgetting surrounding the unmarked graves of marginalized communities in Texas.
