Join President Saul Jiménez-Sandoval for the Spring Appreciation Day. For his family, food is an intersection between honoring loved ones and building memories for future generations. They recreate recipes that evoke memories and meaning. We call this special food “memory dishes.” His apple pie recipe is now a centerpiece for celebrations, and a gesture of gratitude. So, as promised, we're having apple pie together at Fresno State! But, it won’t be just apple pie. It’ll be apple pie à la mode!

President Jiménez-Sandoval is thrilled to be able to share pie with you in the same week as Pi Day! Come any time between 2 and 3:30 p.m. Thursday, March 16. You are welcome to take a seat or take your pie to go. RSVP is required to attend in order to prepare the proper amount of pie.

Note: dietary restrictions will not be accommodated for this event. The apple pie recipe can be viewed here. RSVP by 5 p.m. Monday, March 6. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate extra guests.
