The Fresno State Library hosts a new exhibit, “Beyond Ramadan: The Heart of Fasting,” from Feb. 27 to March 27 on the library's second-floor North Wing Concourse. Organized in collaboration with the President’s Muslim Leadership Council, the exhibit aims to educate the campus and community on the spiritual, cultural, and communal significance of Ramadan.
Through visuals, artifacts, and engaging information, visitors will learn about Ramadan’s impact on both individuals and communities. This free exhibit highlights the values of fasting, prayer, reflection, and charity that define the holiest month in Islam. The exhibit also celebrates the wide range of Muslim students at Fresno State, fostering inclusivity, interfaith dialogue, and respect for religious traditions.
Date: Now - Thursday, March 27
Location: Library, second-floor North Wing Concourse
