Nancy is professional, patient, kind and responsive in her communication with faculty, students and staff. Psi Chi/Psychology club has been trying to figure out a way to fund workshops that serve students, and Nancy has continued to remain patient with us as we tried to figure out the process with ASI. Nancy helped us figure out how to process payments to faculty through the CSM college and then have the college reimbursed through ASI. We are grateful for Nancy's continued support.

Christian Rodriguez is a hardworking individual who always speaks patiently with students and provides full support when giving directions. Additionally, Christian Rodriguez is incredibly patient and respectful when students need extra time in the lab to pack up their belongings.

Thank you, Yadira, for always giving 110%. She has a gift for taking a messy process and making it a million times better through sheer organization and dedication. She doesn't just "do" the work; she improves it. Every system she touches becomes more streamlined and effective. Her attention to detail and follow-through ensure nothing ever falls through the cracks. Her customer service is also exceptional. She manages to be both incredibly organized and genuinely kind in every interaction. She makes our team great, and we're lucky to work with her.
