Do you ever have the whole morning or afternoon go by before you realize you haven't stood up from your desk or have trouble making it to a lunch hour fitness class?
Then the 10 Minute Wellness at Work weekly video series is for you!
These short videos focus on quick and effective exercises you can do at your desk during your 10-15 minute break.
Take 10 minutes a day to move your body, recharge your mind and re-center your thoughts so you feel invigorated and energized to tackle the rest of your day! Check out this video for the week: 4 Best Lower Back Stretches for Pain.
