Dear Bulldog Family,
As a gesture of my gratitude for your continued hard work and dedication to our students and campus community, I send a heartfelt invitation to our Spring Faculty and Staff Appreciation Breakfast on Thursday, April 4 in The Ruiz, Resnick Student Union. I am grateful for our amazing University Catering team who will arrive early to prepare a hearty chorizo breakfast scramble for you to enjoy, which includes eggs scrambled with chorizo, roasted poblano peppers, onions and red bell peppers topped with queso fresco and served with crispy breakfast potatoes. A vegetarian option is available by request when submitting your RSVP.
Please come any time between 7:30 and 9 a.m. You are welcome to take a seat for breakfast or take your meal as a "grab and go." RSVP is required to attend in order to prepare the proper number of meals.
RSVP by Wednesday, March 20. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate extra guests or students.
