Join Our Lunchtime Physical Activity Classes
Take a break from your desk and give your body (and mind) the boost it deserves. This summer, we’re offering two energizing and restorative physical activity classes designed to support your well-being, reduce stress, and help you feel your best right in the middle of your workday.
Whether you’re looking to turn up the energy with dance or slow it down with mindful movement, there’s something for everyone. All classes are 30 minutes long, held in South Gym 133 and open to all fitness levels.
Summer 2025 Class Lineup
Zumba
- June 3 – July 3
- Tuesdays and Thursdays | 11:30 a.m. – Noon
No class on June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.
Get ready to ignite your energy with Zumba — a high-impact cardio class full of bold attitude and nonstop fun. Dance to infectious beats, burn calories and boost your mood in a vibrant workout that feels more like a party than exercise.
CIRCL Mobility
- July 8 – Aug. 14
- Tuesdays and Thursdays | 11:30 a.m. – Noon
This restorative class, created by Zumba, blends gentle joint movements, breathwork, and soothing music to boost blood circulation, joint lubrication, enhance flexibility and restore balance. CIRCL Mobility is ideal for all fitness levels and a great way to reduce stress while feeling renewed and recharged.
