I would like to share that Megan is one of the most helpful people I know. She has excellent customer service and is so knowledgeable even in areas that she doesn't work in. I can say she is one of the reasons why I learned so quickly and so much from her in the short time I have been here.

Though shipping and receiving has become a lot more complicated with most of the campus virtual, Tiffany has kept in contact with me while we tracked down important and time-sensitive packages. She went out of her way to find a misdirected package, and to retrieve it, so that it ultimately arrived in the right place on the day it was expected. Great work, and much appreciated!

Chris has been exceptional in his work and service to the students of CHHS. In the middle of finishing his master’s degree project and the transition to distant/online learning and advising he has been amazing.

In late March, when most of the TS staff left their offices and began working exclusively from home, Lee happened to be the person in possession of the Systems on call cell phone. With some now working on campus, HE STILL has the phone. After many weeks of being on call 24/7, he has implemented a system to forward the phone to other systems staff members on a weekly basis. I appreciate Lee's excellent attitude, taking full burden for many weeks, and finally taking responsibility for designing and coordinating the weekly virtual handoff without me even asking.

While off-loading large quantities of product for campus, one pallet came apart completely. Denise was standing nearby and the next thing I know, she is pretty much rebuilding the entire pallet of product for me. I couldn't keep up with her! Thank you Denise! Your admirable assistance was very much appreciated.

Jamie's patience is unmeasurable. Anytime I have questions she is always so patient and polite. Even with all the work I send her way, she is willing to help me regardless of how much work she has. Jamie is one of the people that really makes my job that much more enjoyable.

Sia was such a big help when I was just learning how to do the travel claims. Her customer service skills are amazing to say the least. I am grateful to have another set of eyes to help me perform my job duties the best way possible. Without her and her team, I feel I wouldn't have learned as quickly as I did.

We had some major issues arise with our fall 2020 class schedule. Kristi spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone fixing all of the problems. Her time and talent were invaluable to us in resolving the issues!

In the short time that Lori Few has joined the Accounting Department, she has provided me with exceptional information and support. She's always willing to go above and beyond of what is expected (e.g., 1) due to being a PT faculty, Lori sent me an email inquiring whether or not I receive certain emails and if not then she would be willing to forward them to me, 2) she is always very pleasant, resourceful, and very gracious with her knowledge and time when assisting me). Thus, due to this great platform that allows us to share our experiences, I wanted to give her a HIGH FIVE and thank her for all of her assistance and guidance provided to me and I'm sure to others within the department.
