Having the capability to quickly identify college students who are at-risk for persisting to graduation and responding effectively to their increasingly diverse and unique needs are critical skills on many campuses. Many of the traditional strategies for supporting these students are no longer as viable as they once were, due in part to the realities precipitated by the pandemic. During this session, you will learn strategies to intervene as early as possible and make the necessary adjustments so these students can realize their full potential.

CSUBUY Marketplace is a CSU system-wide initiative to streamline the purchasing and payment processes on campus. Training will review how to navigate through the CSUBUY Marketplace and how to order from the 22 vendors in the marketplace.

NCCI 2021 Annual Conference

The Network for Change and Continuous Innovation [NCCI] 2021 Annual Conference is virtual this year and will feature keynotes, general sessions, and concurrent sessions designed to educate attendees. The conference provides opportunities for the NCCI community to share insights and solutions regarding change management, process improvement, strategic planning, lean, project management and innovation in higher education. NCCI is committed to providing quality content and networking opportunities through this virtual experience, allowing you to access the education and connections you need from where you are.
