Effective Sept. 1 all branded promotional items, excluding apparel, must be ordered through Printing Services if you are using state funds. This new process will be more streamlined and allows for Printing Services to contract with a group of licensed promotion vendors to ensure the quality of the University's brand and trademarks and also provide for more competitive pricing. Information about this new ordering process is available here.

Please note that apparel orders will continue to use the current ordering process through Procurement or Printing Services.

Departments who use non-state or auxiliary funds may work directly with licensed vendors or utilize Printing Services.
