Crystal Bishop, University Registrar
Shout out to Crystal for taking over the Athletic Certification process in our area. You have been doing an amazing job in keeping up with this as well as making improvements to be more efficient. Thank you for all the work and collaborative efforts that you have made to make sure our student athletes are taken care of!

Itzel Montoya, Office of Clinical Practice, Kremen School of Education and Human Development
Itzel co-chaired the KSOEHD commencement ceremony for the 2023 graduates. Being new to campus and never attending one of the KSOEHD commencement ceremonies, she studied YouTube videos of prior ceremonies and worked tirelessly to lead staff and faculty during the event. Kremen's commencement is the largest college event and Itzel made the night unforgettable for hundreds of our graduates.

Alexia Pimentel, Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership
Alexia co-chaired the KSOEHD commencement for the 2023 graduates. Along with leading staff and faculty to a successful event, she continued to advise the EdD students through their final semester, held recruitment sessions for incoming EdD students, hosted an EdD Medallion Ceremony for the 2023 EdD students and did it all with integrity and pride. Alexia continues to work above and beyond every day as part of the Kremen staff. I am very proud to be her colleague.

Academic Records
A special thank you to Robert and Amanda in Academic Records for your work with this spring's End of Term processing. I appreciate all the coordination and collaboration that you do to make sure the processes run smoothly and accurately for our students. Thank you for a job well done!

Degree Audit, Transfer Credit & Articulation
The staff in Degree Audit, Transfer Credit & Articulation are constantly working behind the scenes for our students, staff and faculty. They are doing an amazing job keeping up with clearing incoming transfer student's unknowns so they can register for classes during Dog Days. The articulation team is always looking for ways to improve and be proactive for incoming and continuing students’ articulated coursework, not to mention keeping our DPR updated every year with all the catalog changes. I am so proud to be part of their team. Keep up the great work!

Undergraduate Degree Evaluations
The Undergraduate Degree Evaluations team just wrapped up reviewing 3,549 undergraduate degree applications and awarding 3,308 undergraduate degrees. Thank you for the work that you do for our students to obtain their well-deserved degrees. You are all rock stars. I know there are several new projects coming up to continue to assist our students with the knowledge they need to complete their academic journey here. I am proud to be part of your team!

Saved My Bacon

As a parent, it is sometimes frustrating when you have some questions and there isn't an immediate response from an office or individual. Victoria was exceptionally prompt when responding to an email about financial aid. When my daughter and I called her on the phone, she was extremely patient with the questions we asked of her. She was professional and provided the information we needed. Your expertise and customer service are appreciated!

University Registrar Service Windows Team
The University Registrar’s Service Window team and their lead Mariana continue to provide the best customer service to any student, parent, or staff they assist. I especially appreciate all their feedback and work as we continue to improve forms and workflows in our area. They always assist students the best they can, even when that means providing information or resources outside of our office. Thank you, team, for all you do. I truly appreciate you!

Veterans Resource Center
Robyn, Christy and Froy in the Veterans Resource Center provide the highest level of customer service to all of Fresno State's military affiliated students and their families. Their service goes beyond a student's academic career as they help them navigate community resources, Veterans Affairs paperwork and more. They are an amazing group and I am proud to have them on our team!
