On Monday, Feb. 13, we will host a CSUBUY Procure to Pay (P2P) roadshow facilitated by the Chancellor’s Office and Rise Now implementation teams. The roadshow will feature several sessions for our campus community to learn more about the CSUBUY P2P implementation and how it will positively impact our campus.
Our campus is one of nine campuses included in the first wave and we are scheduled to go live in August 2023. All CSU campuses will be transitioning to the CSUBUY P2P over the next few years.
The new CSUBUY P2P system will transform how we purchase today. To learn more, watch the short introduction video below:

CSUBuy The New Way to Procure and Pay - 11 a.m. to noon Library 2206
For campus users and fiscal approvers. In this session, you will learn the new way to buy and pay for the goods and services that you need. We will highlight key functionality of CSUBuy including how to find goods and services available via catalog and how to review and approve those purchases. You will be able to see the application in it’s most configured state to date and be able to understand what the change will be for you. Additionally, you will be able to learn what the next steps are for the project, including training and Go-Live activities for our campus.
For those employees who participate in both of these sessions, your name will be entered into a drawing in which five people will win a $50 gift card to the Kennel Marketplace courtesy of Auxiliary Services.
