Dawn does the work of four people routinely. When I send an email to ask about something for the next business day, she often takes care of it from home right then, even on weekends or late at night. She is a superstar.

Dannielle has been a great help to me. I am new on campus, and no matter how much help I need she is always kind and takes the time to walk me through what is needed or she will connect me to the right person. I would not have been as successful here without her. Every new hire needs their own Dannielle. She is amazing. Thank you!

Printing Service
Printing services went above and beyond in December when the Alumni Association needed assistance with printing banners, signs, table tents, etc. for the Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl Red Wave Pre Party tailgate. In less than 72 hours, they took care of all our printing and design needs, packaged and shipped everything for us. Their work transformed our tailgate and made our space at Sofi Stadium Bulldog beautiful. Thank you, Printing Services, for all you do.

Last week during the storm a tree went down in front of the Alumni House. Mike was at the house within 15 minutes to deal with the emergency and had the situation handled within 30 minutes.
Travis Hegerle, Technology Services
Travis helped me with computer problems on an early Monday morning. He came to the office quickly just a few minutes after I notified the Technology Services Department. He was a great help in explaining what happened, and what to do if it happens again. Travis fixed the problem right before I was opening our office to the public for which I needed the computer. He represented himself as an asset to Technology Services, and also great customer service. Thank you, Travis.

Saved My Bacon!
Joseph Forestiere, Mail Services
Joe went above and beyond and saved my bacon with all of our shipping needs for the Red Wave Pregame tailgate. Sofi Stadium notified us of all of their rules and regulations and we had to last minute ship all of our items to the stadium. With less than 24 hours notice, he packed and shipped all of our large items and guaranteed they would be there within 24 hours. He also prepared all of the labels for us to ship all the items back. Thank you.
