Zoom is a cloud-based videoconferencing and collaboration platform. With Zoom you can create a meeting and invite guests to join from their desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones or video conference systems. Guests can also share content from their devices such as PowerPoint presentations, and YouTube videos. In this training, you'll get an account, learn how to set up and schedule a meeting.

Build endurance and speed as we gradually train for a 5k race at the end of the semester. For runners of all abilities.
Greatest H.I.I.T.S

The greatest H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts meet the greatest hit songs from every decade, making this class a fun way to raise your heart rate, get a great workout and listen to some great music. These "Greatest H.I.I.T.S." can't be beat!
Mindfulness

Mindfulness includes meditation, relaxation and other ways to de-stress and enjoy the present moment. You do not need a change of clothes; we will be working the mind, not the body.
