Get ready to move, sweat, and smile! Lunchtime physical activity classes are continuing into the spring semester, offering new variations on some of your favorites and introducing an exciting new Dance Fitness option. These energizing sessions are designed to boost your health, enhance well-being, and bring balance to your work life. No matter your fitness level, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.
When: 12:10 - 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
Where: South Gym 109
Each session runs for approximately one month and includes:
- Session 1: Dance Fitness (Feb. 4 – 27)
A high-energy, follow-along dance class with choreography designed for all skill levels. Get your heart pumping, sweat out stress, and have fun with music that moves you! Register using this link.
- Session 2: Pilates Flow (March 1 – 27)
A fusion of Pilates and yoga-inspired movements to build core strength, improve posture and enhance flexibility. This mindful practice connects body and mind, helping you feel strong and centered. Bring a mat or reserve one in advance. Register using this link.
- Session 3: Spicy Yoga (April 1 – May 8)
A fiery mix of yoga flows and Latin dance moves! This dynamic workout focuses on building strength, balance, and body awareness while keeping things playful and fun. Bring a mat or reserve one in advance. Register using this link.
