Technology Services is excited to announce the launch of Bulldog Genie, a generative AI-powered digital concierge developed as part of the Fresno State AI Initiative. Designed to enhance the campus experience for students, staff and faculty, Bulldog Genie provides personalized, timely support for academic programs, campus events, student life, clubs, athletics, facilities and more.
Still in the initial stages of development, Bulldog Genie needs a human touch to train and refine its knowledge base. Generative AI models can perform many tasks autonomously but significantly rely on people's input and oversight to function effectively. We are growing Bulldog Genie's knowledge daily and are eager to collaborate with the campus community to perfect its content.
Soon, Technology Services will host a campus town hall to showcase Bulldog Genie's capabilities and address any requests or questions. More details will be shared soon.
