Dare to Lead

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, this Dare to Lead full-day workshop will focus on developing the four skills sets of brave leadership — rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, braving trust and learning to rise. A resource manual will be provided, and approximately 30 minutes of pre-work must be completed. Lunch will be provided.

Yoga

A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.
Couch to 5K
5:10 - 6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, meet in the front of the library
Build endurance and speed as we gradually train for a 5k race at the end of the semester. For runners of all abilities.
Greatest H.I.I.T.S
12:10 - 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, ED 360
The greatest H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts meet the greatest hit songs from every decade, making this class a fun way to raise your heart rate, get a great workout and listen to some great music. These "Greatest H.I.I.T.S." can't be beat!
Mindfulness

Mindfulness includes meditation, relaxation and other ways to de-stress and enjoy the present moment. You do not need a change of clothes; we will be working the mind, not the body.
