A new semester brings a fresh opportunity to reset your routine and build healthy habits. Our lunchtime physical activity classes return this spring with movement options designed to help you shake off the winter slump, boost your mood, improve focus and find a moment of balance in the middle of your workday. These sessions are fun, energizing and open to all fitness levels.
Join us in the South Gym 134 from 12:10 to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and give yourself a well-deserved break that supports your overall well-being.
Spring 2026 Class Lineup:
Session 1: Zumba Gold (Jan. 20 – Feb. 26)
A fun, low-impact dance party that boosts balance, heart health and happiness. This lower-intensity version of Zumba makes fitness accessible for everyone. Let’s groove and feel amazing together.
Session 2: Pilates (March 3 – March 26)
Strengthen your core, improve posture and move with control. This supportive, beginner-friendly Pilates class focuses on stability, alignment and intentional movement. Don’t forget to bring your own mat or reserve one in advance.
Session 3: CIRCL Mobility by Zumba (April 2 – May 11)
Unwind and renew with a mindful blend of gentle joint movements, breathwork and soothing music. CIRCL Mobility improves circulation, enhances flexibility and helps reduce stress — perfect for restoring balance. Don’t forget to bring your own mat or reserve one in advance.
